Through this affiliation, Rao Tiliakos has expanded its expertise and services in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA law. Scott Segal, its shareholder, has 15 years of experience with global New York and Miami law firms, including Clifford Chance LLP and Holland & Knight PA, counseling clients in all aspects of these fields of law, including advising clients on how to stay compliant with the various issues with employees from hiring through termination of employment, as well as the design, drafting, implementation and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, flexible compensation programs, welfare benefits plans, and fiduciary law aspects of ERISA.
