Rosemary Joyce is an associate in the New York office of Rao Tiliakos LLP. Prior to joining Rao Tiliakos LLP, she was an associate in the Labor and Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw's New York office. She has significant experience counseling clients of all sizes in a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour issues, termination of employment, reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act, and leave issues, to name a few.

In addition to her considerable counseling experience, Rosemary is a seasoned litigator and has extensive experience handling both single-plaintiff discrimination cases and large multi-plaintiff and class/collective action cases. She also routinely conducts workplace audits and investigations and provides clients with cost-effective solutions.
